Hi. I am a writer, editor, and digital strategist from Brooklyn, currently based in Philadelphia. I also co-host and produce The Culture Journalist, a podcast about culture and the media in the age of platforms.

I write about the intersection of culture and the technology, with a focus on creative economies, subcultures, and generational identity. I also like writing about food. My work has been published at places like The New York Times, The Guardian, OneZero, Pitchfork, and VICE.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked on staff at publications like VICE, The Outline, The FADER, and Pitchfork, and done story editing and radio production for places like Condé Nast, Universal Music, Red Bull Radio, Zora, and the DAO Friends with Benefits.

I’ve edited hundreds of writers, managed teams, flown around the world to report cover stories, and once poured years of my life into a story about a cult that grew out of Weird Facebook. I got my Master’s in journalism from NYU’s cultural reporting and criticism program.
